- Dominic Gianna has been on the national speaking circuit for over 20 years. He teaches advocacy, persuasion, trial techniques, and communications throughout the world. He has trained thousands to be effective advocates in every one of the 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, and abroad.
- His one-day advocacy programs have been presented throughout the United States. His programs with Professor Thomas A. Mauet have also been presented throughout the world. He is consistently rated as one of America's most dynamic, enthusiastic, inspiring, and knowledgeable speakers in the legal profession.

- Dominic Gianna most recently was the recipient of the Robert E. Keeton award given by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as the most outstanding teacher of advocacy in America. Dominic has received numerous awards and citations from professional groups for his teaching of the art of advocacy and persuasion.

- Dominic Gianna is considered America's foremost expert on the art of the opening. He has been engaged by clients and attorneys throughout America to assist them in creating their case themes, translating those case themes into stories, and then translating those stories into opening statements. His book, Opening Statements 2d: Winning in the Beginning by Winning the Beginning, has been rated as the best book on openings ever published.
- Gianna is also recognized as one of America's most knowledgeable and celebrated teachers of advocacy, persuasion, and trial techniques. He has taught advocacy all over the world through his association with NITA and his one-day trial training programs.
