To be considered for future contracts or agreements, a supplier must first register on our Supplier Registration System and supply us with a core set of information.

• Registration is easy — if you are ready with all required information, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes
• Registration does not imply a contract or intent to purchase

How It Works

1. Sign into the Supplier Registration System
2. Fill out the registration form. You should be prepared with:
• Location and contact information
• Corporate information, including date of incorporation, SIC code, tax numbers, D&B code, and company affiliations
• Supplier diversity data
• Annual sales and revenue figures for the past three years and key ratios
• Download a list of information you will be expected to supply (PDF)
3. Your answers will be given to Thomson West sourcing managers. You will be contacted only if we need more information
4. Once a year, we will ask you to update your information to remain in the system.
