Now that your library subscribes to Campus Research, you'll want to get the message out to students, faculty, and other library patrons. That's easy to do with a
sample news release you can download and customize.
Customizable text is highlighted in pink so you can spot it quickly. After you enter your information, save the entire text in black before printing and distributing it. You may also wish to add the logo of your college, university, or library, or print the release on letterhead stationery.
Distribute the Campus Research news release via:
- Home page of the campus' online network
- Library staff email
- Faculty newsletter (print and/or electronic)
- Bulletin boards in the library, dormitories, and classroom buildings
- Library checkout counters
- New-student orientation packets
- Faculty mailboxes or e-mailboxes
