Software Updates

1. the addition of calculations for line items of forms 22A and 22C (save the itemizations for each line item inside the program,
2. line items for IRS expense data can now be unlocked and changed on Forms 22A and 22C; the form will still include these line items in the calculation,
3. links added between the data input windows for the budget and forms 22A and 22C. However, data for form 22 and the Budget (schedules I & J) must now be entered on each form, and
4. changes to some states' exemptions including South Carolina, Minnesota, and Rhode Island.

• Calculator and Unlock features added to forms 22A and 22C. The calculator icon next to fields will initiate a small pop-up "spreadsheet" which will allow you to enter calculations for income/expenses, as well as save the itemization, for that field within the program.
• Deactivated auto-fill of numbers entered on Schedules I/J (Budget) and 22A/22C. Instead links have been added so you can quickly navigate between the different data entry screens.
• Fields for property descriptions on Schedules A and B are now unlimited in size
• If the debtor has no prior or pending bankruptcies, the word "NONE" now prints in the appropriate fields on Page 2 of the Voluntary Petition
• Case number (if available) is now displayed at the top of the Voluntary Petition. Important, e.g., on an amended petition.
• User may now set the minimum amount available for money to unsecured creditors
• Attorney's telephone number and e-mail address added to Statement Pursuant to Rule 2016(B)
• Message added that informs the user when a more current Chapter 13 plan exists
• User may now add custom zip codes to override zip codes in program's database
• User may now select the drive and the folder in which to store program backups
• Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice, 3d, Nonresident Debtors Exemptions, now available from Help menu and the Exemptions List Window
• Legal Solutions users will now be able to display and choose exemptions from all states
• Resolved issues with rounding, amended filings, links and tab order on Means Tests

• Dollar amounts increased in Minnesota, Rhode Island, and South Carolina
• Statutory citations changed in Utah and Mississippi
• Other minor changes were made to several states' exemptions
