Return a Product to West
Unopened Packages
Mark your package "refused" and give it back to the shipper. You'll owe nothing for shipping.
Opened Packages
West cannot pay return shipping fees if the original package has been opened. To return an opened item at your expense, affix the return address label or address it to:

West's Product Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase or license from West, you may return it within 45 days of the original invoice (West ship date) for a full credit or refund.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.
To ensure accurate processing, always enclose a copy of the original delivery or billing document and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
This West return policy does not apply to online services, such as Westlaw. Subscribers are responsible for any applicable charges associated with online products. Please refer to your subscriber agreement for specific terms and conditions.
