Case Evaluator
Based on criteria of your choosing, Case Evaluator searches Westlaw® and compiles a report providing information that enables you to evaluate a case, review court documents, investigate experts, and learn about medical issues. Both personal injury and nonpersonal injury cases can be researched. You can select report criteria in the following six categories: jurisdiction, case type, injury type, damages, company, and industry. Because the report is compiled at the time you make your search request, you obtain the latest information available on Westlaw.
Dockets Quick Reference
